If even for a moment.....

I believe that if even for a moment we began to grasp how outrageously we are loved by God it would change everything. It would change how we see ourselves in the mirror, not better, not worse just loved. It would change what we give to each other, not justice or vengeance but mercy. It would change how we live, no regrets, no pride just gratitude.....if even for a moment

WHEN DID YOU STOP TRUSTING?

In a moment I am twelve years old again. It’s the middle of the night. I get up to go to the restroom and as I pass my mother’s bedroom door I see that the light is on. I reach my hand out to go in and then I stop. She is crying. It is primal and raw.
